  • The cost for this call is based on what you choose to pay. For your reference, these calls are usually $350, should you be unsure of a starting range;

  • Each call is approximately 1 hour in length;

  • Limit of 3 calls per person/business;

  • You are welcome to bring whatever questions you want to the call, understanding that some topics will need a much more in depth dive to get the results you may be looking for, and if I can't answer everything for you and believe you'll need more time, I will tell you;

  • We respect your privacy and will not share the details of the call with anyone outside of the Business End of the Leash staff and we must insist that you also respect our privacy. During the course of this call, confidential and proprietary information, plans, ideas, and trade secrets may be revealed. You agree that you will not share your access to this information with any other persons, except for family members and business partners. By booking this session, you acknowledge that all confidential material and information revealed to you is and remains the sole intellectual property of Erin Moore;

  • Every individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, motivation, and the nature of the business in which he or she is engaged. By booking this session, you represent to that payment of your session will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family and that any decisions or actions you take in response to advice or information acquired during this call, and their consequences, are your sole responsibility;

  • By booking this session you acknowledge that Erin Moore is not qualified to provide legal, tax accounting, or financial planning advice and the information they provide is not intended as such;

  • Any conflicts or disagreements that may arise shall be governed by the laws in BC Canada and handled in BC Canada;

  • Erin Moore is committed to providing all participants with a positive and productive experience. By booking this call, you agree that Erin Moore, at her sole discretion, may limit the time, suspend, or terminate the call without refunding your call cost, if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow guidelines, or if your behaviour impairs the ability of Erin Moore to communicate with you;

  • Refunds are not available for the cost of the call, once booked;

  • Early termination of the call on your part does not negate your financial commitment for the entire cost of the call;

  • Rescheduling spots are limited and based on a first come, first serve basis. Calls can only be booked and rescheduled for available dates, in June 2024, as per Erin Moore's calendar booking software. If there are no available rescheduling slots, refunds are not available. We understand that life happens, and that we are all ultimately responsible for our time and choices around that time.
